This also includes vehicle information, emergency contact details, user settings, and health or fitness certificates to provide services through Travelcab apps.
- Background verification information (drivers): Includes information submitted during the driver application process, such as driving history or criminal background (when permitted by law), license status, known aliases, previous addresses, and work eligibility. An authorized provider may collect this information on behalf of Travelcab.
- We may also collect demographic data through user surveys.
- Customer service communications (users) We collect the data that users submit when they contact Travelcab customer support.
